1. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept payment over the phone at 1-805-685-4189. We accept checks but please allow time for the checks to clear before the order is shipped.

2. When and how will my orders be shipped?

We stop accepting weekly orders when available quantities are sold out. The site’s shopping cart will indicate if the weekly harvest has been sold out. If you continue to complete the order form and hit “buy” we will roll your order into the next week. Fruit is only available in season, generally from sometime in January through mid-June. On Tuesday, all orders are shipped out for the week. The deadline for a same week shipment is Tuesday, 10:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time.

We use USPS 2 day exclusively which allows us to offer you much better prices and we can deliver to P.O. Boxes as well as your street address.


3. How do I contact Calimoya™ for questions?

E-mail us or call us Monday thru Friday 8 AM until 4 PM Pacific Standard Time at 805-685-4189.

4. Does Calimoya™ allow farm visits?

You can visit us at Santa Barbara Certified Farmers Markets. We also sell to New Frontier Natural Food Stores. As much as we would like to continue our orchard tours, we are unable to do so any longer. If you have questions, please take our online Orchard Tour.

5. How long have you been in business?

Calimoya™ has been growing and selling Cherimoyas for nine years. We are a boutique farm that relies on niche marketing for survival. We are excited to expand our on-line business.

6. Are fruit shipment purchases taxed?

No tax. Fresh food items are non-taxable products.

7. Are orders insured in transit?

No, but if a shipment arrives in non-satisfactory condition, please e-mail us or call us at 1-805-685-4189.

8. What are your operating hours?

Office hours are typically Monday through Friday 8 AM until 4 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please leave a message if no one is available to take your call.

9. How are prices to be determined?

Prices will vary from week-to- week and season-to-season depending on harvest production. We strive to give you the finest quality at prices that are better than those available at your local grocery store.

10. Do you have a mailing list?

Yes. When you order, your name is automatically entered onto our mailing list.

11. What is your privacy policy?
