The fabulous coffee that Jay Ruskey is growing on the hills above the sea is the focus of this article. Ray Ruskey has been doing trials of more than a dozen varieties of coffee plants on his organic farm in Telcote Canyon which is now being processed and roasted on site. Small quantities have been available at the local farmers market. We are sold out for the season and will be back in late summer early fall.
